If you are feeling lost, struggling, or ready to take the next step on your journey, I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you make your way towards achieving your goals.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario (CRPO) and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

I am accepting clients (18+).

I offer both in-person and virtual appointments.

My areas of focus include, but are not limited to couples/marriage, family, divorce/co-parenting, and pre- and postpartum.

My practice is client-centered, meaning I structure our work together in a manner that is best suited for you, utilizing techniques from a variety of theoretical modalities. The modalities that strongly resonate with me include humanistic and existential. I strive to uphold the principals of a culturally responsive and socially just framework, cultivating an environment of acceptance, free of judgement.
